I have been in IT for 12 years now, starting as a developer, moving into quality assurance and now consulting on test management and procedures. I have moved around a bit and worked in various organisations and companies, varying from evaluating credit risk systems on an industrial estate in Nottingham to a digital media contract with News International.
Most recently I worked on the website and backoffice for PolicyExpert.co.uk, a startup insurance venture by the SwiftCover team.
In my spare time I love travelling, and can easily be roped into things that may adversely affect my health. Last weeks’ enrolment included the British 10km London Run, so if you see me red and struggling for breathe out and about at lunchtime then I hope this will explain away.
A Sport Rehabilitator by training with several years experience of commercial and insurance injury management. Previously working with HCML in all areas of Injury Management with a lead role in employer absence management on various award winning initiatives. More recently was part of the management team on a pioneering Corporate Private Health Insurance Project. My role with Ellipse has been to develop and subsequently run the absence management aspect to Interact Plus.
Outside of work, I am the Head of Rehabilitation, Conditioning and Sport Medicine with Bromley FC in the Conference South and enjoy health and fitness, sport (in particular Football and Rugby) and travel
