Client Service - Temporary Tester with experience of handling group life schemes

We are looking for someone to work in our Client Service Team.  Your responsibilities will include maintaining our customers’ schemes, handling their telephone and email enquiries, but primarily testing up and coming changes to our existing systems and new ones we’re introducing, plus some digital imaging and filing (we have minimal paper records – pretty much everything is stored online).

For this role, you must have had previous experience of handling group life schemes.  If you have used MERLIN and GALAHAD applications that would be great, but if you’ve never heard of them we won’t hold it against you!

This job is offered on a fixed term contract with potential for the contract to be extended or made permanent depending on business needs (several of Ellipse’s permanent staff initially joined on fixed term contracts).
