My experience of group risk business runs to several years with Swiss Life and Bupa – also a stint with a now-defunct reinsurer when I was part of a scheme underwriting referral service – a cause of great hilarity to all the scheme underwriters who know me!
Outside of work I enjoy exploring new places, whether local or far away, ancient remains and trying to get to eclipses – have experienced three so far, but there are none due anywhere near for decades now, so I may have to overcome my aversion to long-haul flights.
