  • provide pre-populated application and claim forms minimising the time you spend on paperwork
  • carry out medical assessments - where they are required - online
  • calculate your premiums based on data you supply, taking account of exactly when cover for each of your members starts or ends
  • at all times, ensure you know exactly who is covered for what benefit
