Sick Pay Complete

Sick Pay Complete is a comprehensive solution integrating long-term sick pay insurance with absence management and workplace support.

It has 3 major components which complement the core long-term disability insurance cover: Early notification to a case manager; an online absence management tool called TeamSeer; and Support Matters, a workplace support service.

It launched on 12th October 2015 and replaces our previous group income protection product, Interact. It is designed for SMEs and is suitable for all companies with up to 300 employees.
